CATERING & EVENT MANAGEMENT
1. Booking & Lead Time
To ensure proper preparation and availability, all bookings must be confirmed at least three (3) working days in advance.
Orders are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
For events: A minimum order of 10 pieces per menu item and a minimum total spend of AED 2,000 per order apply.
For box orders: A minimum order of 6 pieces per menu item and a minimum total spend of AED 200 per order apply.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Payment Terms
To secure your booking and confirm services, 100% advance payment is required upon confirmation.
A payment confirmation receipt shall serve as proof of booking.
No order is considered confirmed until payment has been received in full and acknowledged by our accounts team.
3. Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup charges are quoted separately and vary depending on location, venue access, and event scale.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is ready and accessible for our delivery and setup teams, including any necessary entry permits or vehicle access approvals.
4. Menu Changes & Cancellations
Menu adjustments are accepted up to 48 hours before the event.
For events (below AED 10,000):

Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date are non-refundable.
For large-scale events (above AED 10,000):

Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the event date are non-refundable.
Postponement may be accommodated, subject to date availability and management approval.
5. Equipment & Return Policy
All provided tableware, serving equipment, and decorative items must be returned in their original condition within 12 hours after the event unless otherwise arranged.
Any missing, broken, or damaged items will be charged at the current replacement cost.
6. Allergies & Dietary Notes
Clients must inform our team of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or religious requirements at the time of booking.
All food is prepared in certified kitchens following Dubai Municipality Food Safety regulations.
While we take all possible precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
7. Food Quality & Service Timing
All dishes are freshly prepared and intended to be consumed within two (2) hours of delivery or setup for optimal quality.
Extended serving periods may require additional setup, heating, or staff, which will be quoted separately.
Reheating food beyond the recommended time is not advised.
8. Staffing & On-Site Service
For full-service events, staffing will be charged as follows:

Waiter: AED 350 / 5 hours (AED 70 per hour overtime)

Bartender: AED 450 / 5 hours (AED 100 per hour overtime)

Chef: AED 350 / 5 hours (AED 50 per hour overtime)
Please note that a waiter is required when coffee machine service is included.
Our service team typically arrives 90 minutes prior to guest arrival for setup and preparation.
Any extra on-site hours beyond the agreed service time will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate.
9. Liability & Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for service delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, road closures, accidents, or government restrictions.
In such cases, prepaid amounts may be transferred to a rescheduled date, subject to mutual agreement.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your order and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Confirmation via email, signed quotation, or official WhatsApp message shall be deemed as full acceptance of these terms.
